This ia a marine Park, west of Les Escoumins on the North Shore of the Saint Lawrence River about 200km east of Quebec City, Quebec.

Salt water
Current: Tidal, follow tide tables for best times "slack" tide
Depth: 200ft+ though most wildlife is concentrated in the top 40ft
Visibility: Good to excellent
Water temperature: 1C - 4C year round
[edit] Description
This is an organized marine park for diving that has three distinct shore dives. Features of Les Escoumins include:
- Onsite showers
- Onsite diveshop
- Amazing salt-water marine life & colours
- There is whale watching in the area
- There are a number of hotels and B&B's catering to divers in the area

Check park hours and be aware that divers must pay the park diving fee at the gate.
Although it is a bit of a climb down to water edge from the parking lot there are paths and stairs to assist with the climb down. Wear the toughest (underwater) footwear you have for the climb down or wear normal footwear and dress right on shore by the water.

This is cold water; dive / suit up accordingly.
Some marine life - urchins, for example - have spines that can pierce your suit.
